Registration is now open!

The IHPA Annual Conference and Trade Show is a festival of beekeeping knowledge brought in from all over the United States. It features some of the top speakers and educators in the beekeeping world. Our annual conference is often times the largest beekeeping event in the Mid-West!

We also pride ourselves on having a whole montage of vendors from beekeeping equipment sales to custom t-shirt and sign companies so as to tailor that special bee related gift for you. Need some locally made goods? We got them! Trying to find an extractor at a great price? There will definitely be that there as well!

Friday evening we now feature a lovely Presidential & Queen Reception with free horderves and a cash bar. Speakers from the whole event are welcomed to rub-elbows with our conference attendees. The new honey queen is crowned as well as all contest winners are announced.

Enjoy a special banquet dinner Saturday night featuring our keynote speaker, awards ceremony, live auction, and don't forget the food and drink! A great evening to a great day. Sit back, relax, have great conversations with fellow beekeepers at your table, and let us wine & dine the night away!

Throughout both days of the event there will be silent auctions going on to help raise money for our queen program (feel free to bring that antique smoker or bee book your uncle passed down to you that you never wanted. Trust me, someone would love that and it would make a fantastic donation to the auctions. Maybe you own your own company and would like to make a donation of a gift card or experience for a little advertising? Again, a great donation!)

Both days there is a special luncheon one can attend featuring one of our youth programs. Learn about our youth scholarship program and meet this year's and the prior year's participants! Or attend the queen luncheon and learn all about our queen outreach program both at the local state level and at the national level.
